This blog used to be Dragonfire: The Creative Spark. The new title reflects that I will be writing more about mindfulness and inviting your comments. I will also, from time to time, have something to say about Bach Flower Remedies, the most gentle and subtle way I know to release blockages to mindfulness. I also like chi kung and group meditation.
I have learned so much about mindfulness from Thich Nhat Hanh, and I honor his gifts and teachings here. Blessings to you all.

The Dragon Is Resting
Due to the approach of inclement weather, the dragon is taking a hopefully short vacation while I figure out creative ways to live through a tropical storm and its aftermath.
